Create Your Studio Subsite
This article does one thing: create an accessible AI subsite and find its management entry. Logo, pricing, and official domain will be configured later.
Prepare a site name and an English prefix, for example, site name "Example AI," prefix yourbrand. The system will assign a URL like yourbrand.studio.acedata.cloud.
¶ First, let's see: What can customers do when they open it?
Studio is an AI creation tool used directly in the web browser. The official homepage currently categorizes tools by conversation, images, videos, and songs: click on a category to see tool introductions and the "Create Now" entry.
Online shot on September 6, 2026. For example, the description of GPT Image focuses on text rendering, while Nano Banana focuses on generation and editing. The tool list will be updated based on the actual capabilities available on your subsite.
When customers lack inspiration, they can start from selected works. Click on the "Create Similar" of a work to enter the corresponding workspace, and then adjust materials and parameters according to their needs; it does not automatically complete generation after clicking.
Online shot on the same day. These two images are from the customer homepage, not the subsite management backend; the next part is about creation and management operations.
¶ Find "My Subsite" in the Official Studio
Log in to the Studio web version, click on the user avatar, and open Settings → My Subsites → Create Subsite.
First find "My Subsites," do not look for the creation entry in a white-label site. This entry is only displayed in the official main site web version and is not shown in the native app or within the subsite.
¶ Fill in the Name and Create the Subsite
Online shot on September 6, 2026. The right side .studio.acedata.cloud is the suffix added by the system, do not fill it into the prefix box.
| What to fill in | How to understand | Filling tips |
|---|---|---|
| Subsite prefix | The part before the URL | 3-32 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens; must start and end with a letter or number; cannot contain consecutive hyphens |
| Subsite title | The name seen by customers | Fill in your brand name, which can be modified later |
The prefix cannot use reserved names indicated on the page, nor can it be the same as an existing subsite. If you see an occupied prompt, change it; if you reach the subsite limit, handle the page prompt first, do not submit repeatedly.
Click create, wait for the success prompt and the list to refresh. The appearance of the new subsite in the list means this step is complete.
¶ What are "Open" and "Manage" used for?
- Open: View the website that customers will see. Copy the system domain name, open it in an incognito window, and confirm that the homepage and login entry are normal.
- Manage: Enter the administrator settings for this subsite. Afterward, changing the brand, pricing, and domain will all be done from here.
Check the current subsite address at the top of the page, then edit the brand. The image shows the brand editing area; do not confuse the display title with the URL prefix.
You do not need to memorize the entire management directory; it will be used next:
| What you want to change | Which section to find |
|---|---|
| Name, Logo, Language, Customer Service | Site Settings |
| Description and Search Keywords | SEO Settings |
| Login Method | Authentication |
| Display which AI tools | Capabilities |
| Pricing and Recharge Entry | Pricing |
| Change to your own URL | Custom Domain |
Homepage Banner, website statistics, and distribution settings can be configured as needed. Custom domains are only displayed in the subsite context; regular users should not see these administrator sections.
¶ See what it looks like on mobile
Open your system domain on your phone, confirm that the title is clear and the navigation is accessible. First, ensure the system URL works, then bind the official domain; it will be easier to find the cause if issues arise.
This is enough for now: The subsite appears in the list; "Open" can be accessed, and "Manage" can enter the correct settings; the homepage can also be seen in an incognito window.
Can't find "My Subsites"? Check if you are on the official web version. Can't find the administrator section? Check if the current account is the administrator of this Site.
