White Label Studio: From Creating Sub-sites to Launching for Users

White Label Studio is the product form of the White Label platform aimed at ordinary users and content creators. Customers do not need to write code and can directly use AI capabilities such as chat, live images, music, and video in their brand site.

1. Create a Studio Sub-site

  1. Log in to Studio;
  2. Open settings;
  3. Go to "My Sub-sites";
  4. Create a subdomain prefix and fill in the site name;
  5. After successful creation, first open the system-assigned your-prefix.studio.acedata.cloud address.

Each account can currently create up to 5 Studio sub-sites.

2. Configure Brand and Theme

Configure in the Site Settings and brand settings of the sub-site:

  • Site name and description;
  • Logo and Favicon;
  • Theme color;
  • Customer service contact information;
  • Company, copyright, terms of service, and privacy policy;
  • Whether to hide the platform brand logo and API code entry.

After configuration, reopen the site in an incognito window to check key pages such as the homepage, settings, about, login, and payment.

3. Select AI Capabilities

In Capabilities, only retain the capabilities that target customers truly need. You can further set your own display names and icons for the capabilities, making navigation and application entry align with your industry positioning.

Do not enable all capabilities at the beginning. A site aimed at a clear scenario is usually easier to explain and sell than a site that has "everything."

4. Set Prices

White Label Studio supports:

  • Uniform price increase for the entire site;
  • Independent price increase for individual services.

Service-specific settings take precedence over the default values for the entire site. It is recommended to first use a uniform price increase to run through the purchase process, and then fine-tune based on costs, customer groups, and competition.

Price increases raise customer transaction amounts, and site owner earnings are still settled according to the uniform distribution level, not the full amount of the price increase difference directly going to the site owner.

5. Bind Page Domain Name

You can continue to use the system-assigned subdomain or bind your own page domain name:

  1. Add the domain name in Custom Domain;
  2. Add CNAME according to the record name and value provided by the console;
  3. Wait for DNS to take effect;
  4. Click to verify;
  5. The HTTPS certificate will be automatically issued and renewed.

After binding, access using https://your-domain and check if all internal redirects still remain on your domain.

6. Configure Login, Language, and Customer Service

Configure according to the customer's market:

  • Available login methods;
  • Brand on the login page;
  • Mobile verification code sending method;
  • Supported languages and default language;
  • Customer service channels, QR codes, or support links.

Social login may still go through a unified authentication domain, but the login page will try to display the brand according to the current Site. Do not promote it as a completely independent authentication system.

7. Confirm Customer Attribution

Creating a new sub-site will set the default inviter as the creator. Before formal promotion, check the Distribution settings and use an unregistered account to complete a real registration verification:

  1. Enter login/register from the sub-site;
  2. Complete registration;
  3. Confirm new customer attribution in the distribution backend;
  4. Then conduct a small purchase or package process test.

8. Launch Acceptance Checklist

  • [ ] The homepage in an incognito window displays your name, logo, and theme;
  • [ ] Only shows AI capabilities ready for sale;
  • [ ] Service prices meet expectations;
  • [ ] Page domain name and HTTPS are normal;
  • [ ] Login page brand, login methods, and redirects are normal;
  • [ ] Customer service and legal links belong to your brand;
  • [ ] Test registered users have correct attribution;
  • [ ] Purchase limits and distribution records are correct.

Once completed, use content marketing, communities, and Connectors to drive traffic to your White Label Studio.
